Which SIM card do I need?

Meem mobile starter pack comes with universal SIM card kit, which includes Standard, Micro and Nano SIM.

Most recent phones use Micro or Nano SIM. The older phones use standard SIM, which is the largest. Please check your device before choosing which SIM card to use.

How to activate my SIM?

Once you’ve received the SIM please call 0207 859 4845 or fill in this form – Activate Your SIM

Can I keep my current number?

Yes, It is easy to transfer the current number to Meem mobile.

Call your existing service provider and ask for Porting Authorisation Code (PAC), this will consist of three letters followed by six digits.

Once you have PAC with you, please fill in this form – Keep my number

Alternatively, call us on 500 from your Meem Mobile SIM or 0207 859 4845 from other phones. Once we have received your PAC, we’ll verify the number is yours, and then we’ll transfer your number over to Meem Mobile within 48 hours.

How do I replace my SIM card?

In case your SIM card is damaged, lost or stolen, We can replace the SIM at free of charge.

Call us on 500 from your Meem mobile, or email hello@meemmobile.com to request a new SIM.

Where can i check my usage and allowances?

How do I cancel my contract?

Please note you can only cancel your contract end of every month and you have to notify us 48 hours prior to the end of the month.

Please do not cancel your direct debit as we will keep your SIM active and you’ll be billed manually through us or third party debt collectors.

How do I activate roaming?

If you are planning to use Meem SIM abroad please contact us.

In some instences we may require a deposit of £50 or scanned/photograph of your passport/driving license. This is to prevent fraud.

Is this a right PAC code?

A PAC code (Porting authorisation code) allows you to keep your existing number. It lets us port your number from your previous network provider. It’s usually 9 characters long – 3 letters and 5 numbers, for example: TSL01234
