The small print can be a little intimidating at times and we hate it too but to make it a bit easier for you we’ve listed them as sections below. Just click on the section you want to look at.


These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Meem Mobile website and your relationship with Meem Mobile. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions, please stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. This Agreement is deemed to occur upon our acceptance of your request for Services. You therefore are deemed to accept these terms and conditions when you use your Meem Mobile SIM Card to access the Network.


(a) This Agreement is formed once we accept your request for Services. You therefore are deemed to accept these terms and conditions when you use your Meem Mobile SIM Card to access the Network.

(b) Once the Agreement is formed, we will open an Account for you and provide you with a Number.

(c) Where we provide you with a Meem Mobile SIM we will activate it as soon as possible after the Agreement is formed.

(d) You agree that by using our Services, you are bound by these terms and conditions and to pay the Charges.

Definition and Interpretations

In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Account means collectively the airtime account and the online website facility My Account that we use to record your Plans and Charges; the Personal Information, Payment Information and credentials used by Users on the Website;

Additional Services are services that we offer which incur Additional Charges. The Additional Services include promotional offers (offered from time to time), Roaming and any other additional service that we may offer which incurs an Additional Charge. These Additional Services are not included with the Basic Service and will be added to the Services when you request them, or where we do not require you to request them, when you use them.

Additional Charges mean the additional cost that you will be charged;

Agreement means the agreement between you and us for the services which these terms and conditions apply to;

Basic Services means the services we supply to you other than Additional Services including but not limited to call and messaging services that we provide using the Network;

Carrier means any third party responsible for transporting purchased Plans from our Premises to customers;

Charges are the charges applicable for providing the Service including, but not limited to, usage and service charges and the charges applicable for any Additional Services that you order from us or use;

Consumer means a person acting for purposes outside his/her business;

Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information that appears on or forms part of this Website;

Contract means the contract between you and us for the sale and purchase of Plans and Services incorporating these terms and conditions;

Customer means a person over the age of 18 or under age of 18 using this Website only with the supervision of an Adult.

Customer Services Team means the support team who will be able to deal with any queries or questions relating to the Plans and Services as set out in our Website;

Equipment is any equipment you use to access the Services where that equipment is approved for use on the Network by us;

Intellectual Property Rights means (i) any (and any rights subsisting in any) patents, designs, trademarks and trade names (whether registered or unregistered), copyright and related rights, moral rights, database rights, know-how and confidential information; (ii) all other intellectual property rights and similar or equivalent rights anywhere in the world which currently exist or are recognised in the future; and (iii) applications, extensions and renewals in relation to any such rights;

Plans means the sim-only plans you agree to purchase from us;

Network means the mobile communications network we use to provide you with the Services;

Number means the mobile telephone number we assign to you or which you port to us;

Payment Information means any details required for the purchase of Plans from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

Personal Information means information we hold about you that you provide to us or which we collect whilst providing the Service to you and includes but is not limited to personal data and traffic data;

Promotional Terms and Conditions means the additional terms and conditions that relate to any promotional offers that we offer from time to time and as set out in Clause 24;

Roaming means making and receiving calls and SMS whilst abroad via a local network operator; This is an Additional Service therefore Additional Charges will apply;

Rolling Sim means a recurring payment method that enables you to automatically top up the allowance on your Account by an amount that you have previously selected;

SIM Card means a card or other device provided to you by Meem Mobile and bearing a unique telephone number programmed to allow a mobile device to access the Service;

Services mean the Basic Services and any Additional Services that we provide to you which you access using a Meem Mobile SIM; My Account and collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Meem Mobile makes available through the Website either now or in the future;

Starter Pack means a SIM Card and information that you have purchased;

System means any online communications infrastructure that Meem Mobile makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, email, community forum, live chat facilities and email links;

My Account means the online dashboard available on our website where you can check your call history, cost of calls, duration of calls, previous bills and other personal details;

Meem Mobile means a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09608991 registered office address The Play Studio, Studio 122, 115 Coventry Road, London, England, E2 6GG;

Meem Mobile SIM means a SIM Card provided to you by us that remains our property and which when used with the Equipment grants you access to the Services;

Website means the website that you are currently using (meemmobile.com) and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions;

We, Us and Our means Meem Mobile Limited, company registered in England and Wales under company number 09608991;

You and Your means the Customer to whom the Terms and Conditions apply, and it includes a person who we reasonably believe is acting with your authority;

Meem Mobile SIM

(a) We own the SIM Card and you can only use the SIM Card to use the Services.

(b) You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent damage to or loss or abuse of the Meem Mobile SIM.

(c) If your Meem Mobile SIM is lost, stolen or damaged such that it no longer allows you to access the Services you must report it to Customer Services Team as soon as possible. We reserve the right to carry out validation checks at any time and without consent. We may charge you for a replacement Meem Mobile SIM.


2.1 We will provide the Service to you, and you will be entitled to the quality of Service generally provided by a competent mobile telecommunications service provider exercising reasonable skill and care. However, the Service is not fault free and we will not be liable to you if it is impaired by geographic, atmospheric, Network traffic or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

a) The Service is subject to Network coverage and is not available in all parts of the United Kingdom or in all other countries; and

b) The Network may from time to time require upgrading, modification, maintenance or other work which may result in partial or complete non-availability of the Service.

2.2. We may exercise our discretion, using reasonable skill and care, to refuse to provide any part of the Service to you. This may involve barring certain numbers from the Service on a temporary or permanent basis, in circumstances where it is necessary for us to do so.

2.3. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Content but it may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate and is provided on an “as is” basis. You accept that we will not be liable for any action you take in reliance on Content as a condition of us allowing you access to such Content.

2.4. Meem Mobile (or our agents where relevant) reserve the right to:

a) Restrict access to certain elements of the Service due to age restrictions; and

b) Vary Content and/or the technical specification of Service from time to time.

2.5. Occasionally we may need to:

a) Alter the number of your mobile phone, or any other name, code or number associated with the Service for reasons beyond our control such as where requested to do so by a governmental authority or regulatory body or where we reasonably believe that the alteration will enhance your use of the Service. If this is the case we will give you reasonable notice; and/or

b) Temporarily suspend the Service (or any part of it) for operational reasons or in an emergency or for your security.

2.6. We will provide you with a SIM Card which shall remain, at all times, our property.

2.7. Maximum call duration is 5 hours.

2.8. Some elements of the Service (including, but not limited to 4G service set-up) may require activation following purchase, which may take up to 24 hours.

2.9. We will make all reasonable efforts to avoid periods of unavailability and to try and resolve any problems within our control as soon as possible.

2.10. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain content but it may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and is provided to you on an “as is basis”.

2.11. We reserve the rights to withdraw or suspend the Services or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, or if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), or if it is being excessively used for tethering.

2.12.We reserve the rights to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.

Using Services Abroad

1.1. By default Roaming is disabled and can be enabled after a deposit of £40 is paid. We may also request 3 months bank statements and proof of address, which can be emailed to us, prior to enabling the International Roaming service.

1.2. We reserve the right to refuse Roaming if there is an outstanding balance on the account and/or there is no valid Direct Debit set up on your account.

1.3. The Roaming deposit will be held on your account for a minimum of 3 months after which you can request this to be refunded. If there is an outstanding debt on your account, you agree that the deposit can be used as payment against this debt and we will refund you the difference if applicable. If there is no outstanding debt, we will refund you the full amount of the deposit.

1.4. Upon cancellation of service, the Roaming deposit will be refunded after your account has been settled in full. If the account is not settled as per the date on your final invoice, you agree that the Roaming deposit can be used as payment against the outstanding debt on your account.

1.5. We will monitor Roaming Usage on your account and may suspend your service if we believe there to be fraudulent behaviour.

1.6. We use reasonable efforts to make commercial arrangements to enable access to networks in foreign countries so the Services can be used whilst abroad (Roaming) but we cannot and do not guarantee the quality and coverage of foreign networks.

1.7. Roaming is an Additional Service and Additional Charges apply. You can visit our website to check the Additional Charges or alternatively contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to provide you with the information on Additional Charges.

1.8. You may need to change the settings on your hand set (mobile phone) in order to be able to use the Services abroad (Additional Charges apply).

Your inclusive allowance and call charges

2.1 Your Inclusive Allowance can be used to make calls in the UK to:
a) Standard UK landlines (numbers starting 01, 02 or 03 only).
b) 07 numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage (this currently includes the six major operators O2, EE, Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Three, and providers such as Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile and Meem Mobile).

2.2 Your Inclusive Allowance can’t be used to make calls made in the UK to:
a) Non-geographic numbers and freephone numbers starting 08 and 05.
b) Non-standard or “special” 07 numbers (all those 07 numbers that are not specifically included in your Inclusive Allowance, i.e. are not used to provide mobile services, including 07 numbers allocated to network operators in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man), 076 numbers and 070 numbers.
c) Any number ranges which Meem Mobile reasonably believes are being used for call forwarding services, onward calling services or numbers that pay a revenue share. Examples of these number ranges include 07744, 07755, 078225, 079879, 078730, 078931, 079118, 079112, 078930, 078921, 077000, 079245, 079246, but are subject to change.
d) Premium rate and directory enquiries numbers, where special charges apply.

2.3 You can see a list of the numbers which are not included in your Inclusive Allowance and the current associated charges. Please note that this list is updated regularly as new number ranges are allocated or as we become aware that the use of existing ranges has changed.

2.4 If you use up all your Inclusive Allowance, any calls made in the UK to numbers which would previously have been included, will be charged at the current rate.

2.5 Any calls made from abroad (including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) or to an international destination from within the UK will be charged at the current standard roaming or international call rates.

2.6 For calls made and received while abroad, charges will be rounded up to the nearest minute.

Your Inclusive Allowance and text charges

3.1 Your Inclusive Allowance can be used for texts sent in the UK to UK mobiles only.

3.2 Your Inclusive Allowance cannot be used for:
a) Premium rate texts, where special charges apply.
b) Texts sent from the UK to international numbers.
c) Texts sent from outside the UK to any number.
d) Any chargeable texts you receive.

3.3 If you use up all your Inclusive Allowance, any texts sent in the UK to numbers which would previously have been included will be charged at the current rate.

3.4 Any texts sent from abroad (including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) or to an international destination from within the UK will be charged at the current standard roaming or international call rates.

3.5 A text message is defined as a message containing up to and including 160 characters and/or spaces. Where a message exceeds this, it will be charged as additional messages for each 160 characters, including spaces.

3.6 A SMS text message may become MMS if multiple recipient is added and if the message is longer than a typical number of characters but it’s dependant on handsets.

Your Inclusive Allowance and data charges

4.1 Your Inclusive Allowance can be used on GPRS and 3G networks (as applicable to your handset), for personal internet use using your mobile phone whilst you are in the UK.

4.2. If you select a 4G enabled data bundle, you’ll have access to Meem Mobile 4G Services, in line with to the 4G Service Terms.

4.4 All usage must be for your private, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use your SIM card in such a way that adversely impacts the service to other Meem Mobile customers.

4.5 Once you have used all your Inclusive Credit, any data use which would previously have been included will be charged at the current rate.

4.6 If we reasonably suspect you are not acting in accordance with this paragraph, we reserve the right to impose further charges, impose network protection controls (which may reduce your speed of transmission) or disconnect your tariff at any time, having attempted to contact you first.

4.7 Your mobile phone must be data compatible and enabled to access data services. Access to data services is subject to network coverage.

Fair Usage Policy

7.1 Our Unlimited Plan is only available on 3G, we may impose Fair Usage Policy on this package only to prevent a illegal use and/or abuse of services. Unlimited data is not available on 4G plans.

7.2 Any Fair Use Policy include, but is not limited to, use by you (or any third party permitted by you):
a) For auto delivery, continuing or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing solicitation, polling, fax or voicemail broadcasting.
b) Of the Meem Mobile network for business or commercial purposes.
c) Which we reasonably believe impacts the service of other customers or may adversely affect the network.
d) Which we reasonably believe is illegal.

7.3 We reserve the right to monitor your usage and, if we reasonably determine that your use is abusive or in breach of our Fair Usage Policy, we may do any or all of the following:
a) Request you to moderate your use.
b) Impose further charges in respect of your atypical or abusive use.
c) Transfer you to a tariff that does not include an unlimited Inclusive Allowance.
d) Terminate your contract.

7.4. Where abuse or breach is suspected, we will endeavour to contact you before taking action in accordance with paragraph 7.3. In the case of severe abuse, as reasonably determined by us, we reserve the right to suspend your use of the Meem Mobile Pay Monthly service or end your service agreement, having attempted to contact you first.

General usage

10.1 Unused Inclusive Allowances can’t be carried forward one month to the next on any tariff, except from your first billing period. Existing customers transferring tariffs will lose any accrued rollover allowance.

10.3 You’ll be billed and required to pay your bill. You can view a fully itemised list of your usage through your online account. Please note there is a two hour time lag on data becoming available for review.

10.4 If your mobile phone is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, or used in an unauthorised manner, you must report this to us as soon as possible. You’ll be responsible for any use of your Inclusive Allowance, top-up or payment until you report this to us.

10.5 Our tablet SIMs require SMS capability for network notifications. We recommend that you check SMS capability with your tablet provider.

10.6 You may have up to five SIM cards registered to each Meem Mobile account.

(a) You agree NOT to use the Services and NOT to permit any third party to use the Services:

(i) for anything unlawful, immoral or improper;

(ii) to make offensive or nuisance communications in whatever form, or to make or receive reverse charge calls;

(iii) with equipment that is not approved for use with the Network including, but not limited to, SIM-boxes and SIM-gateways;

(iv) to supply goods or services to any third party;

(v) to send, receive, upload, download or otherwise facilitate any material which is offensive, indecent, defamatory, of a menacing nature, a nuisance, a breach of privacy, an infringement of copyright or any other intellectual property right or otherwise unlawful;

(vi) to gain access to the services of any third party voice over internet protocol calling provider unless expressly permitted by us;

(vii) to gain access and use content in a way that infringes the rights of others;

(viii) to use other than in accordance with any connected networks policies for acceptable use, and (if appropriate) any relevant internet standards;

(ix) to operate, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route voice, data or other Services on, from or to the Network without our express prior written consent;

(x) to sell or attempt to sell or otherwise provide commercial services using Our Network to any third party without Our express prior written consent;

(xi) to transmit a Virus; and

(xii) for the purposes of providing telephony and/or other services to third parties which rely on the Services.

(b) You agree TO:

(i) give us any information we reasonably request;

(ii) follow our reasonable instructions;

(iii) comply with the instructions and demands of other networks where you are Roaming;

(iv) to inform us of any changes in your contact details where you have previously registered these with us. Where you fail to do so you agree that delivery of notice to the contact details we have on record is effective; and

(v) to tell us of any claim as soon as possible.

(c) Any failure to comply with any of the terms of this clause 8 is a breach of this Agreement that entitles us to terminate this Agreement.

Cancellations, Suspension and Termination

10.       Cancellations

(a)     Where you order from us and we have confirmed acceptance of your order the following terms apply:

i.         If the SIM is defective, you must inform us within 7 days. If you fail to do so, you are deemed to have accepted our Services.

ii.        Where a claim of defect or damage is made we shall deactivate the SIM. If on inspection / investigation we find the SIM to be defective, you shall be entitled to provision of replacement SIM of the same type and denomination.

iii.      In addition to the rights set out herein, you may have statutory rights under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as follows:

(b)     Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) in the United Kingdom, as a UK resident, you have the right to cancel the Contract until the end of the 7th working day after the date on which a contract for purchase is formed between you and us.

(c)     Where you use the SIM for Services before your right to cancel expires, you lose the right to cancel the Contract.

(d)     Where you choose not to use the Services until after the end of your right to cancel we will not provide the SIM or use of the Services until after your right to cancel expires.

(e)     Where you have the right to cancel and want to cancel the Contract you must write to our Customer Services Team at Meem Mobile, Studio 122, 115 Coventry Road, London E2 6GG ensuring that your letter reaches us before the expiry of your right to cancel.

(f)     Where you have the right to cancel and we receive your notice to cancel within the specified notice period, we agree to return any payment made by you within 30 days of the date on which we receive your notice.

11.       Suspension of the Services

(a)     We may suspend or cease the Services or disconnect the Meem Mobile SIM without any warning where:

i.         You are in breach of one or more of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other agreement with us or someone who uses yourMeem Mobile SIM or Equipment is in breach of them;

ii.        the Network breaks down or needs maintenance. Meem Mobile tries to minimise these cases;

iii.      anyone who uses the Meem Mobile SIM does not keep to the conditions of this Agreement; and

iv.      your use of the Services damages the Network or puts the Network at risk.

(b)     Where we suspend this does not affect your obligation to pay the Charges, save in the event of suspension or disconnection as a result of our maintenance of the Network which extends beyond three days and affects the entire Network in which case we will not charge any service Charges for the period in which you cannot use the Services.

(c)     We may apply a fee to reconnect the Services where we have suspended them and/or disconnected any Meem Mobile SIM from the Network.

(d)     Our right to suspend the Services under this Clause 10 does not affect any other rights we have to suspend or terminate this Agreement.

12.       Termination

(a)     We can cancel this agreement immediately if any of the following occur:

i.         Where you do not use the Services at least once every 365 days your Meem Mobile SIM will be disconnected from the Network, this Agreement will be terminated and you will lose your Number;

ii.        You are in breach of any term of this Agreement which is incapable of remedy or where you are in breach and we have asked you to remedy that breach but you have not done so within 7 days of us asking you to;

iii.      We suspend it in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Clause 9;

iv.      You become insolvent or are made bankrupt; or

v.      We are no longer allowed to operate the Network or provide you with the Services;

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

(a)     All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Meem Mobile, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.

(b)     Subject to Clause 16 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by Delight Mobile.

Third Party Intellectual Property

(a)     Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all Intellectual Property rights including, but not limited to, Copyright and Trademarks, in product images and descriptions belong to the manufacturers or distributors of such products as may be applicable.

(b)     Subject to Clause 16 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

Our website

8.1. Opinions expressed on meemmobile.com are those of the respective contributing users only. Such views do not represent those of Meem Mobile, its management or employees.Meem Mobile is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for Content and comments contributed by users.

8.2. You must not use the Blog or Forum to display any material which is:

a) racist, sexist, homophobic, pornographic, obscene, profane, vulgar;
b) defamatory of any person, entity or organisation;
c) abusive, threatening or otherwise likely to be harmful to those persons likely to use the Meem Mobile site;
d) in contravention of any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages the contravention of any such law;
e) otherwise offensive in the opinion of Meem Mobile;
f) infringing of the Rights (including the Intellectual Property Rights) of any legal or natural person; or
g) related to the conduct of a business other than Meem Mobile.
8.3. You understand that by posting to a Blog or Forum your post/comment can be traced to your specific user account containing your email address, user name, date and time of sign up and IP address at date and time of posting.

8.4. By posting comments on this Blog or Forum, you agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Meem Mobile without notification.

8.5. Users sometimes include references to other websites beyond the control of Meem Mobile. As such Meem Mobile cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites. We will delete advertising posts as the Blog or Forum is not a means for advertisers to promote their websites or products. Meem Mobile staff will decide what is acceptable or not on a case by case basis.

8.6. You shall retain exclusive ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights, as may accrue to you by operation of law, in any posts, material, commentary, ideas that you post on meemmobile.com or any other website run by Meem Mobile.

8.7. If your Post or any element of it is accepted or implemented by Meem Mobile, you hereby agree to grant to Meem Mobile an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, licence to use, copy, install, maintain, modify, enhance and adapt your Intellectual Property Rights in the Post (this licence shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions). Meem Mobile may also assign its licence to use your Intellectual Property Rights in the Post (or any part thereof) to any third party to which it may outsource the operation of a part of Meem Mobile operations or business provided such third party’s use, copying, installation, maintenance, modification, enhancement and adaptation is solely for the purpose of providing a service to Meem Mobile.

8.8. Meem Mobile shall be the exclusive owner of any Intellectual Property Rights which accrue with respect to any modifications, enhancements and/or adaptations which it makes to the Posts.


(a) Meem Mobile makes no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services.

(b) No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice and the Content of this Website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.

(c) No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

(d) Whilst Meem Mobile uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, all Users are advised to take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

Limitation of Liability

(a) We are only liable to you as set out in this Agreement. We have no other duty or liability to you;

(b) Noting in this Agreement removes or limits for personal injury or death caused by something we have done or have failed to do;

(c) Except as set out in clause 21.(a) and 21.(b), our entire liability to you for something we or anyone who works for us does or does not do will be limited to £3,000 for one incident or a maximum of £6,000 for a number of incidents within any 12 month period;

(d) We are not liable to you where we cannot fulfil our obligations under this Agreement as a result of something beyond our reasonable control and expectations;

(e) We are also not liable to you where we are unable to provide the Services as a result of the maintenance of our Network;

(f) Where you lose the Meem Mobile SIM or it is stolen you remain liable for any Charges incurred whilst the Meem Mobile SIM is not in your possession but before you tell us that it has been lost or stolen. This includes, but is not limited to cases where your Delight Mobile SIM is cloned;

(g) If you did not enter this Agreement as a consumer, we are not liable to you in any way for any loss of income; business; anticipated savings or profits; any loss of property or loss of use of property; or for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered this Agreement;

(h) If you entered this Agreement as a consumer, we are not liable to you in any way for any loss of income; business or profits; or for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered this Agreement;

(i) If as part of the Services we enable you to access the internet you agree that we are not liable for any content that you access, upload or download whether knowingly or not except for content that we make available to you directly;

(j) You must tell us about any claim as soon as reasonably possible;

(k) This Clause 21 survives the termination of this Agreement.


(a) We may make reasonable amendments to the Agreement on giving you at least one months notice;

(b) If an amendment to the Basic Services has, or is likely to cause, a material detriment to the Service and is not as a result of a requirement by any regulatory authority or for legal reasons, we will give you notice and unless you terminate this Agreement by giving us notice in writing during that period the amendments will apply once that notice period has run out;

(c) We may also change your Number where we reasonably require. Where we do so, we will give you prior notice and explain why;

(d) Amendments will also be published on the website meemmobile.com and you agree that the publishing of these notices has the same effect as us giving you written notice by post.
